Our environmental policy
Edsbyverken’s environmental policy expresses awareness of our impact on the environment in which we live and work. This impact shall in every respect be such that Edsbyverken meets all known laws and regulations upon every occasion.
Production companies work in an atmosphere of constant change and Edsbyverken must always take the environmental impact of a change into account. Edsbyverken is working actively to replace materials with more environmentally friendly ones as they become available.
This means that we put demands on ourselves and on our suppliers. Edsbyverken is committed to using materials in a way that promotes conservation of resources. This involves more efficient utilization of both materials and energy. We are continuously increasing the use of renewable raw materials in our products.
The environmental policy and environmental declaration illustrate our company’s views on the situation today and our direction tomorrow. These documents must be continuously updated as new information becomes known.
